Yesterday while at work I received the shocking news that one of our good friends, sister, mother … passed away. Her kidneys were failing due to high blood pressure and started dialysis. She was only 33-years-old. She leaves behind four beautiful children who she loved with all her heart and everything she did was for them, always putting their needs ahead of her own. Everything a mother should do, except she went above and beyond.
On this 4th of July, as we celebrate our Independence, I want all of you to hug your loved ones a little tighter, give them kisses, but most importantly, tell them “I love you.” In fact this should be done every day. We never know when God will call us home. We just never know.
